TPNPB Demands Indonesian President Joko Widodo Adili At ICC As War Criminal and Asks Interpol to Arrest Jokowi
Press Release on the Management of the National Command Headquarters, West Papua National Liberation Army As of September 28, 2022
TPNPB Proposes Indonesian President Joko Widodo to be prosecuted at the International Criminal Court (ICC) as a War Criminal, and Asks Interpol to Arrest Indonesian President “Joko Widodo” for Crimes Against Humanity in Papua.

On behalf of the Commander-in-Chief of the TPNPB and also on behalf of the People of the Papuan nation as victims of Genocide, we from the Management Controller of the National Command Headquarters, the West Papua National Liberation Army-Free Papua Organization announce to the public nationally and internationally that “Indonesian President Joko Widodo” is a War Criminal in Papua.

The legal evidence we are referring to is the Crimes of the Indonesian Military and Police in Papua from the time of the Indonesian Military invasion of Papua began on May 1, 1963, and until the day we issued this statement The Military and the Indonesian Police are still committing crimes against humanity in Papua against “Indigenous Papuans”.

And their crimes have been and are being committed by Order of the President of the Republic of Indonesia, and these crimes of theirs are collective crimes by Order of State Institutions.
Therefore, we ask that the UN, the Un Council of Human Rights Commissions, as well as all UN Member States and all Organizations working for humanity be able to support this Submission.

This is serious and needs to be a concern by all parties, because the Indonesian President “Joko Widodo” clearly issued a War Order against Indigenous Papuans who fought to demand the Political Right of Self-Determination.

As a result of the War Order issued by the Indonesian President “Joko Widodo’, the Indonesian Military and Police killed indigenous Papuans like game animals. Torture, Terrorism, Intimidation, Extra-Judicial Killings, Arbitrary Arrests and other Human Rights Abuses occur in West Papua to this day.

This is a fact that Indonesia cannot hide from the international community, and also Indonesia cannot hide from the UN, nor by the UN Human Rights Commission Council.

Remember that the Indonesian Government through its Foreign Minister is committing a public lie, which deceives world leaders that there are no human rights violations in Papua. This is really barbaric.

And the fatal Indonesian Colonization was the Attack on Indigenous Papuan Settlements using Mortar Bombs made by Serbia in Kiwirok, Intan Jaya, Ndugama and Intan Jaya, and also the Murder accompanied by the Mutilation of 4 Indigenous Papuans on August 22, 2022, Internally Displaced Persons with a large number of more than 100,000 residents took refuge in the forest and in safe places in the local area.

In the case of These Refugees the Indonesian government through the Military and Police has and is blocking humanitarian assistance to the Internal And External Refugees, as a result of which many Indigenous Papuans have died in the Refuge. And Indonesia also consciously blocked humanitarian assistance by the International Committee of the Red Cross, to carry out humanitarian assistance in Internally Displaced Persons in Papua. And this is a Fact that Indonesian cannot deny.

In this case we need to convey that This is Strong Legal Evidence for the President of Indonesia to be tried at the International Criminal Court, and many other evidences that we are ready to present at the International Criminal Court after Indonesian President Joko Widodo was confronted at the Court table.

On this basis, we TPNPB-OPM as defenders of the Rights of the Papuan Nation and also as protectors of the Papuan people appeal to all parties, especially to institutions that work for humanity throughout the country such as Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch, The International Committee of the Red Cross, the UN Human Rights Council, the Asian Human Rights Commission Office in Hong Kong and others, and the International community to urge the UN to prosecute Indonesian President “Joko Widodo” at the International Criminal Court. 

And starting from the date we announce these demands, the campaign to arrest Indonesian President Joko Widodo must be carried out immediately around the world.
Indonesian President Joko Widodo is the most evil President as well as the President of the Two Countries of Indonesia, the late “Suharto”. On this basis, we invite all parties to carry out a campaign to arrest Indonesian President Joko Widodo for Crimes Against Humanity in Papua.

TPNPN’s Critical Note to the Government of Indonesia and the United Nations,
First, the TPNPB Asks the United Nations to immediately urge the Government of Indonesia to ratify the Rome Covenant on international criminal trials, because institutionally the Indonesian State is committing genocide and crimes against humanity against the Papuan nation in West Papua.

The second point is that the President of Indonesia did not allow the UN Human Rights Commission to visit the West Papua region and did not accept the offer of Peace negotiations requested by the TPNPB combatants. The President has also wrongly justified the Organizations of the West Papuan People’s Struggle as terrorist organizations, without solid evidence. And this is a cover-up to Indonesian crimes and terrorism against Indigenous Papuans in West Papua, which has been and is being perpetrated by the Indonesian military and Police in Papua.
